Brought a battery for a zero turn up there 5 minutes before they closed and they tested it and it was bad. Bought a new battery from them. They were friendly and helpful. Always support local business.

They have everything you need for your farm and tractor supplies if they don’t have it in stock, which is rarely they will order it for you. They’ve been in business a long time they are friendly and helpful. Just north of I 10 easy to access never crowded. Definitely a no worry place!

I understand people have bad days but if you are in customer service please put someone on the phone that is not rude. I called to see if they had an oil and fuel filter in. The person who answered the phone asked if I knew the type of engine. I explained to him that i am doing this for my aunt and she sent me pictures of the mower, so let me check. He says"well I can't see the pictures". I laughed and said I know, I'm looking to see what type of engine it is. Of course my aunt didn't take a picture of the engine, so I told him I don't know if it's a Kohler or kawasaki. He then tells me "call me back when you find out" than hangs up. Needless to say even if they did have the parts I wouldn't be buying from there.

I tried this place a few years back when my guy here in the Kiln lost his shop. I ordered a new plate for the gear box on my old bush hog and aked them to cut the 3 bolts off that held it on and install it for me since I didn't have a cutting torch. Several WEEKS later they finally got to it but said it wasn't worth fixing and I should buy one of their NEW bush hogs...very hard sell at that. When I said that I'd pay for plate and do it myself they informed me that I owed them almost $400 for the 4 hours labor they had into it!!! I never saw my bush hog again but a friend claims to have seen it repaired and at an auction a few months later. I go to my friends new shop in the Kiln now, A&D Tractor Repair and would cut off both my feet and walk through the rest of my life on bloody stumps over broken glass before I ever give these crooks my business again.

Very grateful they were open the Saturday, after Hurricane Zeta. I was there waiting for store to open, along with 8+ other people. Although there were 3 people that "worked" there. Only one could really help you. Now if you need price on a new Stihl chainsaw, the lady quick to find out for you. Want any kind of info about any of the saws, older of the two gentlemen could tell you all about them. Everything else, only the man standing behind counter could do that. Which would explain why that man appeared to be really unhappy and abrupt with customers. Dont know what was going on here. Not an environment I'd want to work in. Hope it's not that way all the time. Given it a 3star b/c they did have what I needed, but only b/c of that.
